103: Screen Queen

Ok, first and foremost…what, and I say this with the endless respect I hold for Dyson, is this.

Dyson's little etching of all of the Dyson products. They appear to spell out a work? But? We can't tell what?

What is Dyson trying to tell us? Also, what’s the little crane-looking T-shaped thing? WHAT IS IT??

In other news, I’m considering taking all of the screens off of my house to wash them, but I’ve never done it before. It will require me to plunge into the spideriest depths of my yard and possible get eaten by a possum while rummaging in the bushes, but I think it’ll be worth it? Because those things are FILTHY.

Listen to me hem and haw about it:

Additionally, Andrew got The Wrong Seat at a restaurant and had to witness a sticky table. And while we both know that serving is a terrible job and that it’s super-hard to turn over tables in a timely fashion, we couldn’t help but wonder: Where was the bleachy rag? Where was the little cloth tucked into a back pocket? And also, if you’re the OTHER server - the one who has to wipe the table once the people are already seated - that’s kind of unfortunate.

Oh also Andrew had his first ever Pumpkin Spice Latte and naturally I prattled on about an old news story on the subject. That story is here and it’s very good.
