170: For The Smell Of It

A lot of years ago, a therapist told me that, as a person with ADHD, scent could be considered part of my mental health toolkit. Specifically, when I’m in need of focus and the ability to lock in on work, having a fragrance that tells my brain “hey, get shit done!” could be useful.

And indeed, thats what I’ve found with my beloved (SCRATCH AND SNIFF) air freshener that I love. This is my Office Smell and it tells my brain that it’s Office Time. Keith hates it. I can live with that.

In other news, we want to hear your stories about wishcycling, curbside dumping, and finding treasure on the corner. How do you deal with large items you no longer want or need? Are you a greenbelt dumper or a careful Craigslister?

Call and tell us. We won’t judge (probably).
