189: Legion of Fumes

In spite of the Seahawk’s triumphant Super Bowl win last weekend (and the weeklong hangover that followed), Andrew and I still managed to get some chores done this week. He’s dealing with a construction site IN HIS OWN HOME, while I’m over here puttering more than ever.

However, I’m having a hard time getting on a schedule, so I’d love to hear any and all suggestions! I need some real structure beyond “clean out the fridge on Spotless recording days.”

In other news, this week we talked about dealing with diesel (use Tide and Borax and also consider talking to your union about getting more uniforms!!!!), setting schedules, and removing wax from crocheted items (see our Instagram or TikTok for more on that).

We also talked about the Uproot, which really is a VERY helpful tool. Does it vaguely resemble a medieval torture device? Sure! But does it get hair out of carpets (ESPECIALLY carpeted stairs)? YES.
