160: What Goes Around Crumbs Around

Are you a resolution person? Yeah, me either. But I am going to try to stick to this mantra, which will at least maybe remind me to take the extra eight seconds to reduce mess in my home.

Don’t put it down, put it away.

Will it work? Honestly, who knows. This week’s episode has us talking about our compulsions and how they compulse us, which speaks to this drive to try to be better, even if just a little teeny bit. Listen now:
