Have you ever wondered how to best clean Venetian blinds and/or mini-blinds? Maybe between yanking them out of the wall altogether because they are awful? That’s one of the things we talked about in today’s episode and hoo boy! We get very into it!

You might use a tool like the one pictured. But uhhhhh we wouldn’t recommend it.

We also talk about the necessary (or maybe unnecessary?) cleaning tasks around traveling (i.e. do you wipe…your airline tray? Do you get your luggage dry-cleaned? Or anything?) AND one of our listeners calls us with the most adorable and IMPRESSIVE cleaning-related win.

It’s a big day, considering Andrew just got back from being halfway across the world and I had to pull the show sheet together all by my lonesome.

These are the wet-wipes that Andrew pulled from his backpack to give me. They are actually not nearly as fancy as they’d have you believe.

You can listen here:

Here are a few of the things we mentioned today:

  • Castile soap which is good for cleaning sticky stuff.

  • These weird blind-cleaners that Andrew does not endorse but do exist.

  • Every Little Thing, my favorite podcast (OTHER THAN THIS ONE. THIS ONE IS OBVIOUSLY MY FAVORITE).

  • TBTL, which is Andrew’s other podcast. It’s….fine. (JK JK it’s great of course) .

  • Also, listener Danielle mentioned in her Sponge Dish Coup voicemail a specific kind of sponge. We broke those down once in a previous episode.

We’re also working toward eventually doing cool stuff that will help more people listen to our pod—but we need more people to listen to it first! It’s kind of a chicken/egg thing. But it’s a rate/review thing! If you listen on iTunes, rate or review us. That’s what' I’m getting at.
